There are lots of steps we need to consider when we are designing the solar energy system.
Without these steps, the system would cutoff due to lots of reasons like inverter’s type, solar panels’ quality and other factors like temperature, system effectiveness, transmission loses & other factors.
1- First Step:
Assessing our Energy needs
We have to evaluate our energy requirements as the electricity consumed daily.
We can estimate the size of the solar energy system based on our energy consumption.
2- Second Step:
Choose the suitable Inverter Type
Considering the inverter type is depending on the grid connection exists or not, delivering energy to the local grid if it’s allowed & storage energy connection.
Also, we need to check if the system is accepting the inverter technical details.
3- Third Step:
Choose the suitable Solar Panels
This step is vital for the performance and efficiency of the solar energy system.
It’s urgent to check the efficiency, panel durability and warranty.
4- Fourth Step:
Assure of using the correct Protection Devices
Safety is the most important issue relating to any electrical system.
Solar Energy systems are very sensitive, and any mistake could cause huge damage like burning the system, losing any part of the system, which is expensive for repairing, and burning the roof or any other utility.
Be Attentive in choosing the breakers, isolators, fuses, AC & DC cables and SPDs.
5- Fifth Step:
Prepare the right place for the System Components
There should be a designated place for the system to protect the important components from the weather factors like high temperature or rain & snow which have a direct negative effect on the system production.
6- Sixth Step:
Hiring a Professional Installer Company
A professional company will design the correct system, do a financial study, install the system professionally to ensure the safety and efficient installation of the system.
