Definition of the Inverter and the purpose of using it

Inverter is a power adjustment device composed of semiconductor devices that convert Direct Current (DC) power to Alternating Current (AC) power, from low voltage to 220 Volt.

Our appliances that we normally use, need 220V-AC and the inverters can do this conversion.

In the photovoltaic systems, inverters consider the heart of the system.

* Characteristics of the Inverters:

1- High Efficiency:
Inverters efficiency is very important to maximize the utilization of the electricity generated by solar panels, and to improve the conversion efficiency of the entire photovoltaic system.

2- Good Stability:
Having an accurate circuit structure, strict component screening and multiple protection functions, is very important to operate continuously and stably in remoting systems for few maintenance times.

3- Strong Adaptability:
With the uncertain changes in the terminal voltage of the battery in the photovoltaic systems, Inverters should be able to effectively cope with moderately changing operating voltages.
